Tele-Coaching sessions are 45 minute, face-to-face coaching sessions with me conducted using Zoom on your computer, tablet or smartphone. (You don’t need a Zoom account, just an email address.)

Decide on which facility in your area is the best place for you to work out

Help you design and equip a home gym

Figure out how to work around your injuries, or build you back up after an injury or surgery

Set up your device so I can watch you perform your exercises, to correct your form and technique
