Schedule A Tele-Coaching Session

Tele-Coaching sessions are 45 minute, face-to-face coaching sessions with me conducted using Zoom on your computer, tablet or smartphone. (You don’t need a Zoom account, just an email address.)
Using this approach, there’s a lot we can do together to maximize your fitness results:
  •  Design your personalized workouts
  • Review your workout cards to ensure progress
  • Decide on which facility in your area is the best place for you to work out
  • Help you design and equip a home gym
  • Figure out how to work around your injuries, or build you back up after an injury or surgery
  • Set up your device so I can watch you perform your exercises, to correct your form and technique
  • And anything else you may have some confusion about.
Tele-Coaching Sessions don’t expire – use them whenever you need help.
